Return Policy

EmotionsJar will accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • There are no visible signs of damage.
  • The original packaging is intact.
  • Any signs of damage will compromise the EmotionsJar guarantee.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the purchase date.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of intimate products (underwear) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

Exchanges (if applicable)

To request an exchange, send an email to emotionsjar@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. Our team will process your request according to the established conditions.

Return Shipping (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning an item worth more than $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Refund processing can take between 2 to 3 business days. If you still have not received your refund after this timeframe, please send us an email at emotionsjar@gmail.com so we can investigate the issue further.

Gift Items

Follow the instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our support team at emotionsjar@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. If you do not report the damage within this period, we may not be able to process your claim.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address when placing your order, we can edit it as long as the package has not been shipped. Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for resending the order or issuing a refund due to incorrect address input by the customer.
